CANCELLATION POLICY

At 413 Skin Studio, we value your time as much as our own. To ensure the best experience for every client, we kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reservation Fee A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance. Appointment Policy A $5 late fee will be applied after a 5-minute grace period. Appointments may be canceled after 10 minutes. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within four weeks of the original booking date. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A 100% service fee may also be required to book future appointments. Card on File A valid card on file is required to hold all appointments, including those paid with gift cards or prepaid services. Important Notice Your card will be charged the required deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance unless the cancellation policy is violated.
